Crash Rating Perimeter Security Installer 

Job Description 

We have an immediate full-time permanent position opening for an experienced Crash Rating Perimeter Security Installer. This position offers competitive pay and full benefits such as Health, Dental, Vacation, Vision, 401K, etc. This position does require extensive travel. Pay starts at around $20.00 hourly depending on experience. Skilled experienced applicants will earn between $25.00-35.00 hourly. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Installing and working with high-security ornamental style fencing, crash-rated fencing, gates, wedges, and barriers 
• Operate various types of equipment 
• Excavate foundations and trenches 
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting 
• Load and unload various sizes of material 
• Concrete finishing behind paver, and some hand-pour work 
• Clean up equipment at the completion of each day 
• Work proactively and in a positive manner with all co-workers 
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities without supervision 
• Other duties will be at management’s discretion 

The Superior Candidate will: 

• Show experience in fence installation using references 
• Be able to install various types of fencing 
• Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment 
• Demonstrate good diagnostic skills assessment, problem-solving and decision making 
• Be able to comply with our company dress code and guidelines 
• Ability to listen carefully and follow instruction 
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Exhibit a positive attitude 
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as the project requires 
• Self-Motivated and excellent work ethic 

Qualifications: 

• Must have a valid Driver’s License 
• Clean driving record with no violations 
• Proven work experience in crash rating perimeter fence installations 
• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Must be able to pass a background, drug screening, and MVR check 
• Must be able to travel (90 Percent) 
• Reliable transportation 
• Physical Fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat
